Building Contractors

Having moved into our new house, my wife and I were both aware how much work was needed to be done. We rather fancied ourselves as aspiring property developers, I’m a DIY enthusiast and Diane has a real passion for interior design.

Although I would’ve loved to have done all the work myself, I knew that with work commitments, and some structural issues that really needed looking at carefully, I had neither the time nor experience to tackle some of the major jobs.

I contacted EC Maintenance after finding them on the internet. The examples of their previous work on their website really drew me in, as they looked like fantastic building contractors.

After an initial meeting, designs were made and plans drawn up for exactly what I wanted. It took them just three weeks to have the house to the standard where I was ready to begin working on it myself.

EC Maintenance did such a great job, with a minimum of fuss, on budget and on schedule, with the rare addition of being really nice guys all the while. I would definitely use them again.
