Once I had discovered my new found passion for skiing, I simply couldn’t get enough of it. After years of wanting to try what looked like an amazing sport, I finally gave it a go last year. Skiing has been everything and more that I’d ever hoped for, providing a thrill and enjoyment like no other experience in the world.

Since my first experience on the slopes in Austria, I’ve already been back at every possible opportunity to get more and more of my newly discovered addiction. Whilst this has given me no end of enjoyment, and been very beneficial to my air miles, the cost of flights and accommodation is running too highly to ignore.

To reduce the long-term costs of what I knew would become even more frequent trips to the ski resorts; I looked into the possibility of purchasing an apartment of my own in Austria. Although the idea struck even me as a bit drastic to start off with, the long-term benefits of the idea really won me over.
